John Wells is the Utilities Superintendent for Bright Excavation.Inc. Originally from New York State, is a resident of Texas for over 30 years. Starting as an equipment operator and remaining in the underground utilities for much of that time. A personal friend of Dwaine Bright for 25 years and reciently joined the Bright Team to develope the new division of underground utilities.
