Dwaine Bright President of Bright Excavation,Inc. started the company in February of 1983. With prior experiences beginning at the age of ten, tying steel on highway projects where his father was working as the paving superintendent, becoming a loader operator at a batch plant at age 11, continuing on to plant operator and eventually a foreman. In 1975 Dwaine took a career change becoming a roughneck in the oil fields of Texas and Oklahoma. Within five years becoming a tool pusher for one of the largest companies in Oklahoma. In 1982 the event of the oil industry slump triggered the beginning of Bright Excavation,Inc.
